高填充粉煤灰碳金板材的制备及硅烷偶联剂对其性能的影响

Preparation of carbon gold plate being highly filled with fly ash and investigation of its property affected by silane coupling agent

摘要: 采用热压法制备了高填充粉煤灰碳金板材,研究了硅烷偶联剂对碳金板材力学性能的影响。采用扫描电镜对其断面形貌进行检测及能谱分析,结果表明:适当地添加硅烷偶联剂可以提高碳金板材的力学性能。当粉煤灰为400phr、硅烷偶联剂KH550的添加量为粉煤灰质量的2%时,碳金板材的力学性能达到最佳;拉伸强度31.59MPa,弯曲强度58.33MPa,冲击强度2.07kJ/m2,达到了通用建筑装饰材料的使用指标;粉煤灰填充量高达73%。

Abstract: The carbon gold plate highly filled with fly ash was prepared by hot pressing,and its mechanical property was explored by adding different amount of silane coupling agent. The fracture appearance of the obtained plates was observed by SEM. The surface element distribution of the samples was analyzed through EDS. The results indicated that adding proper amount of silane coupling agent (KH550) can improve the mechanical property of the carbon gold plate. When fly ash was 400phr and the content of silane coupling agent (KH550) was 2wt% of the fly ash,the mechanical property of the carbon gold plate reached the optimal state:the tensile strength,the bending strength and the impact strength were 31.59MPa 58.33MPa and 2.07kJ/m2,respectively,which all met the standards for common architectural decoration materials. The mass fraction of fly ash reached as high as 73 wt%.
