9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮的响应面法合成

摘要: 以假紫罗兰酮和卤代烷烃为原料,通过Simmons-Smith反应合成9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮。采用FT-IR、GC和GC-MS等手段确定产物结构。采用单因素法和响应面法探讨了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度等因素对产物得率的影响,得到9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮的最佳合成条件为:催化剂用量n (假性紫罗兰酮) ∶n (二碘甲烷)∶n (二乙基锌) = 1∶1∶1.8,冰浴时间4.7 h,回流时间5.2 h,冰浴反应温度?5 ℃,溶剂二氯甲烷,假紫罗兰酮在溶剂中的摩尔浓度为0.2 mol/L,该条件下9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮得率为76.2 %。

Abstract: The 9,10-cyclomethylene pseudoionone was obtained through Simmons-Smith reaction using pseudoionone and halogenated hydrocarbons as raw materials. The structure of product was determined by IR,GC and GC-MS. Effects of different factors on the yield of product were investigated,including the amount and species of catalyst,and reaction temperature. The best condition was as follows:n(pseudoionone)∶n(diiodomethane)∶n(diethyl zinc) = 1∶1∶1.8,ice bath time 4.7 h,reflux time 5.2 h,ice bath temperature ?5 ℃,reaction solvent dichloromethane,and pseudoionone’s molar concentration of 0.2 mol/L,under which the yield of 9,10-cyclomethylene pseudoionone reached 76.2 %.
