摘要: 1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉类化合物是治疗心血管病药物和染料的中间体。综述了1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉类化合物合成及应用的研究进展,分析比较了氢化反应、Diels-Alder反应、多步反应、多组分反应、多米诺反应等合成方法的优缺点,讨论了1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉类化合物在药物化学和染料合成领域的应用现状,并对其研究前景进行了展望:发展具有原子经济性合成方法及光学纯1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉类化合物的合成及应用。

Abstract: 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives are important intermediates of cardiovascular drugs and dye. The recent advances in the synthesis and application of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives are reviewed in this paper. Different synthetic methods, including hydrogenation reaction, Diels-Alder reaction, multi-step reaction, multi-component reaction, and domino reaction, are compared, and the applications of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives in medicinal chemistry and dye are also discussed. From the view of synthesis and practical applications, the research perspective of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives is outlined in the end of this paper, which are the development of atom-economic methods and the synthesis and application of enantiomerically pure 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives.
