分凝分离技术研究进展

摘要: 分凝分离技术在石油化工、制冷与低温等领域中得到广泛应用,具有强化传热传质、提高系统制冷系数等优点。本文阐述了分凝分离技术的研究背景及意义,回顾了分凝分离技术的研究进展,讨论了分凝分离技术的应用等内容。国内外学者对分凝分离技术的装置以及计算模型等进行大量的理论分析、实验研究及工程实现,研究表明对分凝分离技术的模拟研究还需探究适合性较高的数学模型以及更准确的物性关联式,还需将模拟与实验相结合比较其在分离技术中的优越性与可靠性。

Abstract: The dephlegmation technology, widely applied in petrochemical industry and refrigeration fields, can raise the coefficient of cooling performance and improve heat and mass effectively.This paper presents a comprehensive review on the background, device structures, mechanism and prospect of dephlegmation technology, which may be helpful for the future research work.Through the further research on the structure of dephlegmation devices, the utilization efficiency of cooling capacity can be improved, and the investment on the equipment can be reduced by the usage of the Advanced Recovery System (ARS) technology, compared with traditional flash system.From the perspective of the separation mechanism of dephlegmator, the Material-Equilibrium- Summation-Heat-energy (MESH) model can be used in the process of distillation, absorption and so on, but not appropriated for the simulation of dephlegmation system.Therefore, the appropriate mathematical model and physical properties correlation need to be explored for the calculation of dephlegmation technology.In addition, the combination between the simulation and experiments is needed to compare the advantages and reliability of dephlegmation technology.
