印染废水脱色生物强化工程菌的构建及应用进展

摘要: 使用生物强化菌处理印染废水优势明显,对生物强化菌构建和应用的研究日益完备。本文综述了近年来印染废水工程菌的构建,其中基因工程菌处理效果好,但是成功率低、成本高,还有安全隐患;生物强化工程菌从活性污泥中筛选出来,然后进一步培养驯化得到高效菌株,对印染废水中的污染物有特殊的降解效果。分别对生物强化工程菌的单菌和混合菌群的筛选、驯化和投入使用做了详细介绍,还介绍了外源物对强化作用的影响。最后对生物工程菌的优化和推广使用进行展望:将生物工程菌投加到反应器中,实现工程菌与处理工艺的结合,优化处理工艺,进一步强化工程菌,将工程菌进一步投产大量使用,是今后的工作重点。

Abstract: The decolorization of engineered bacteria bioaugmentation on dyeing wastewater shows obvious advantages in printing and dyeing wastewater biotreatment. The research is focused on the construction and application of bioaugmentation engineered bacteria. In this article,engineered bacteria construction is summarized in dealing with dyeing wastewater. Gene engineered bacteria possess good effect,but with low success rate,high cost and security risk. Bioaugmentation engineered bacteria refer to the high efficient bacterium strains isolated and domesticated from activated sludge,which can be used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater,and have special degradation function on printing and dyeing wastewater pollutants. A detailed introduction is made to the screening and domestication of individual and mixed engineered bioaugmentation bacteria,together with the augmentation effect of xenobiotics. The optimization and promotion of bioengineered bacteria is prospected. Adding bioengineered bacteria into reactors,achieving the combination of engineered bacteria and treatment process,optimizing treatment process,further strengthening the engineered bacteria and putting it into large-scale use shall be the focus of future work.
