羽毛角蛋白/海藻酸钠共混膜的交联改性

Crosslinking modification of feather keratin/sodium alginate blend films

摘要: 以山梨醇为增塑剂,乙二醛、戊二醛或自制的双醛海藻酸钠(ADA)为交联剂,采用浇铸法制备了交联改性的羽毛角蛋白(FK)/海藻酸钠(SA)共混膜,研究了交联改性对共混膜结构和性能的影响。FTIR分析证实了交联反应的发生,SEM结果表明,经过交联改性的共混膜内部结构更加致密。性能测试结果表明,交联改性后共混膜的热稳定性和阻湿性增强,透光性减弱,断裂伸长率减小。乙二醛、戊二醛交联时膜的抗拉强度增加,ADA交联时膜的抗拉强度减小。

Abstract: Crosslinked and sorbitol-plasticized feather keratin (FK)/sodium alginate (SA) blend films were prepared by the casting process, using glyoxal, glutaraldehyde, or alginate dialdehyde (ADA) as crosslinker. The effects of crosslinking modification on the structure and properties of the blend films were investigated. FTIR analysis confirmed the crosslinking reaction in the process of modification. SEM results showed that crosslinking made the microstructure of the blend films more compact. After crosslinking, the thermal stability and moisture resistance of the blend films were enhanced, the transmittance and the elongation at break decreased. The tensile strength increased when crosslinked with glyoxal or glutaraldehyde, and decreased when crosslinked with ADA.
