板式换热器相变对流传热关联式的研究进展

摘要: 板式换热器作为一种高效换热器正在得到越来越多的应用,但是其相变对流传热的机理和影响因素却非常复杂,因此精准设计板式相变换热器一直是一个难题。本文总结了板式换热器凝结换热、沸腾换热这两种主要相变对流传热过程的特点,概述了近年来国内外在板式换热器相变换热理论分析、数值模拟、实验测试等方面的最新研究进展,列出了部分已发表的实验关联式及其应用条件,重点论述了这些实验关联式中状态参数对板式换热器相变传热系数和流道压降的影响,对比分析了部分实验关联式的计算结果,对某些不同结论也作了评述。此外,本文还介绍了计算机模拟仿真技术在该领域研究中的应用情况。最后,指出了当前板式换热器相变传热研究中存在的主要问题和未来需要努力的重点发展方向。

Abstract: As an efficient heat exchanger, the plate heat exchanger(PHE) is applied more and more widely. Due to the complex mechanism of phase change convective heat transfer, the design of phase-change PHE is always a difficult problem. In this paper, the characteristics of condensation heat transfer and boiling heat transfer were summarized, the latest research progress of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental test of phase change heat transfer in plate heat exchangers were reviewed, and some published experimental correlations were listed. The influence of the operating parameters on heat transfer coefficient and the pressure drop of the plate heat exchangers was discussed. The results of some experimental correlations were compared and analyzed, and some different conclusions were also reviewed. In addition, the application of computer simulation technology in this research field was also introduced. Finally, the main problems and the future development directions in the study of phase change heat transfer in plate heat exchangers were pointed out.
