新型低全球变暖潜能值混合制冷剂替代R22的试验研究

Experimental research on a mixed refrigerant replacing R22

摘要: 目前常用的R22的替代制冷剂主要是R410A、R417B等。虽然它们的消耗臭氧潜能值(ODP)值为0,但是其全球变暖潜能值(GWP)值较高,属于过渡替代物。本文提出了一种新型低GWP三元混合制冷剂,该制冷剂(简称NC01)由R1234ze(E)/R134a/R32组成,通过软件REFPROP9.0分析确定质量混合比为17%/33%/50%,对NC01的环境性、热物性、循环性进行了分析。NC01的ODP为0,GWP为755,环境性能良好,GWP比R22降低了57%。临界温度、临界压力、饱和压力、性能系数(COP)等性能参数与R22比较接近,容积制热量比R22高。在水源热泵机组进行了灌注式试验,与被替代制冷剂R22进行了对比。结果显示:当冷水进水在12~23℃时,新型混合工质在排气温度比R22高2~3.6℃,相应的压比比R22高8.6%~14.8%,加热量提高5%~11%,COP比R22平均低约4.5%,加热速率比R22约提高9%,当冷水进水高于23℃时,COP值超过R22。最后对试验结果与理论计算值进行了比较,两者吻合较好。研究可为类似混合工质替代R22研究提供参考。

Abstract: The current R22 alternative refrigerants are mainly R410A,R417B,etc.Their ODP is 0,but their GWP is relatively high,which is a transitional alternative.This study presents an investigation of the properties of low GWP ternary mixed refrigerant R1234ze(E)/R134a/R32(abbreviation NC01). The mixing mass ratio was 17%/33%/50% according to the REFPROP9.0. This software was used to analyze the environmental,thermal and circulatory properties of NC01. The ODP of NC01 is 0,GWP is 755,which is 57 percent lower than R22. Performance parameters such as critical temperature,critical pressure,saturation pressure and COP are similar to R22,and the volumetric heating capacity is higher than R22. An experimental study is performed in the water source heat pump unit.The resultsare compared with R22. Results showed that when the cold inlet water is 12℃ to 23℃,the new mixed medium's exhaust gas temperature is 2℃ to 3.6℃ higher than that of R22,corresponding pressure ratio is high 8.6%-14.8% than R22,heating capacity is 5%-11% higher than that of R22,the COP is about 4.5% lower than the average R22,the heating rate increased by 9% than that of R22. When the cold water inlet temperature is higher than 23℃,COP value is higher than R22. Finally,the results of the experiment are compared with the theoretical calculation,and the two fit well. This study provide reference for the research of the similar mixture replacing R22.
