摘要: 阐述了聚?-烯烃合成油制备过程中BF3络合物的分离及回收方法,包括吸附法、萃取法、吸收法、沉降法和裂解法。吸附法中SiO2和金属氟化物容易制备,适于小规模应用。萃取法中醇类萃取剂价格便宜、毒性小,优于氟代烷烃类萃取剂。吸收法产生副产物酸性化合物,腐蚀性强,已逐渐被淘汰。沉降法耗能较大,适于小规模应用。本文还介绍了裂解法的4种工艺,包括闪蒸/蒸发工艺、闪蒸-络合工艺、蒸馏-相分离工艺和裂解-气液分离工艺。综合4种工艺的优点,本实验室设计出真空蒸馏与BF3络合相结合的工艺,此工艺裂解充分,裂解后的BF3气体能够得到充分分离回收,具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract: This paper reviewed several methods of separating and recovering BF3 complexes,including adsorption,extraction,adsorption,subsidence and cracking. SiO2 and metallofluoride can be easily produced in adsorption method,which suited to small-scale applications. In extraction method,the cheaper and less poisonous alcohols are superior to hydrofluorocarbons as the extraction reagents. Highly corrosive acids can be generated in the adsorption method;therefore,this method has been phased out. Subsidence method consumes large amounts of energy and is appropriate to small-scale applications. Four technologies of the cracking method were introduced in more detail in this paper,including flash-evaporation,flash-complexing ,distillation-phase separation and cracking-gas/liquid separation technology. The designed technology combining vacuum distillation with BF3 complexing was able to achieve high cracking rate,high BF3 separating and recovery rate.
