以废气中的硫化氢开发含硫化学品的研究进展

Latest development of the sulfur-containing chemicals from hydrogen sulfide in waste gas

摘要: 目前高品质含硫化学品在国内仍有较大市场,部分甚至供不应求;回收废气中的硫化氢并深加工,既经济又环保。本文梳理了无机硫化物、硫醇、硫醚、硫酚、硫代酰胺、含硫杂环、有机二硫化物、高价硫有机物在内的8大类共计16种含硫化合物,介绍了它们的理化性质、主要用途以及市场供应情况;详细阐述了国内外主要合成方法的研究进展,着重分析了工业路线以及以硫化氢为原料的合成路线,比较有代表性的诸如生产硫化钠和硫氢化钠的吸收法,生产硫化锌的均匀沉淀法,生产甲硫醇的甲醇-硫化氢法,生产乙硫醇的氯乙烷法和乙烯-硫化氢法,生产2-巯基乙醇的环氧乙烷-硫化氢法,生产巯基乙酸的氯乙酸-硫氢化钠法和氯乙酸-硫化氢法,生产叔十二碳硫醇的十二烯-硫化氢加成法,生产二甲硫醚的二硫化碳-甲醇法和硫化氢-甲醇法,生产蛋氨酸的氰醇法和海因法,生产聚苯硫醚的Phillips法、硫磺法和硫化氢法,合成苯硫酚的硫化氢-氯苯法,生产硫脲的硫化氢-氰氨化钙法和硫化氢-氰胺法,生产四氢噻吩的噻吩加氢法和四氢呋喃-硫化氢法,生产二甲基二硫的硫酸二甲酯法和甲醇硫化法,以及通过二氧化氮氧化二甲硫醚的方法生产二甲亚砜。合理开发硫化氢废气的下游产品,需要从市场定位、技术手段、资源整合等多方面综合考虑;从当前的市场现状分析,蛋氨酸、聚苯硫醚等均具有广阔的市场发展前景,是今后研究工作的重要方向。

Abstract: High-quality sulfur-containing chemicals is still widely used in industries. And some of them are even facing a short supplying. Reusing and further processing for hydrogen sulfide from waste gas are not only economical beneficial but also environmentally friendly. This paper discussed 16 kinds of sulfur-containing compounds,which are classified further in eight sorts: inorganic sulfide,thiol,thioether,thiophenol,thioamide,sulfur-containing heterocycles,organic bisulfide,and high valence sulfur-containing organics. The basic physical and chemical properties,the main applications,and the market supplying of those compounds were presented. The status of research on the main synthetic methods both domestic and abroad was discussed with a focuses mainly on the industrial synthesis routes and the other synthesis routes based on the raw material hydrogen sulfide to develop the downstream products from recycled hydrogen sulfide rationally,an overall consideration should be conducted among the factors such as market positioning,technical manners and resource integration. Based on the current market,the methionine,polyphenylene sulfide are having promising market,which may be the priority for the future research.
