摘要: 聚甲氧基甲缩醛是世界公认的环保型燃油组分,极具应用前景。本文综述了近年来国内外石油化工公司及科研机构关于聚甲氧基甲缩醛研究开发的最新进展,重点介绍了合成聚甲氧基甲缩醛的方法、反应热力学、反应动力学、催化剂类型以及工艺路线的研究现状,分析总结了各种方法的特点和优点,同时介绍了聚甲氧基甲缩醛的部分理化性质和分析检测方法,最后对聚甲氧基甲缩醛的应用前景作了展望,指出由甲醇基合成新型柴油添加剂聚甲氧基甲缩醛对发挥甲醇行业产能、延伸下游产品链具有重要意义。

Abstract: Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers are the world-wide recognized environment-friendly fuel components,and have great application prospect. The present work is aimed to provide an overview on polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers in recent years;mainly to focus on the synthesis method,thermodynamics,reaction kinetics,process route and the types of catalysts used for the synthesis reactions of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers;and to summarize the features and advantages of each method. Meanwhile,part of the physical and chemical nature of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers and the analysis method are introduced. Authors’ opinions concerning the prospect of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers are presented,pointing out that methanol-based synthetic polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers has important significance on the promotion of utilization of methanol and extension of downstream product chain of methanol.
