摘要: 利用溶胶-凝胶法合成了铒掺杂钡铁氧体BaEr0.3Fe11.7O19,然后以合成的铁氧体和苯胺为原料用原位聚合法合成了PANI/BaEr0.3Fe11.7O19复合材料。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和矢量网络分析仪表征了复合微粒的结构、形貌和电磁性能。结果表明,复合材料为球形,粒径小于100 nm。PANI/BaEr0.3Fe11.7O19匹配厚度为3.0 mm的吸收峰值位于12 GHz,反射率?42 dB;?10 dB带宽为10~15.5 GHz,带宽为5.5 GHz。

Abstract: Er-doped barium ferrites,BaEr0.3Fe11.7O19,was synthesized through a sol-gel method. PANI/BaEr0.3Fe11.7O19 composite was prepared through an in-situ polymerization with as-synthesized ferrite and aniline as raw materials. The structure,morphology and electromagnetic property of composite were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and vector network analyzer. The results showed that the composite material was spherical with particle size less than 100 nm. When matching thickness was 3mm,the absorption peak position and the reflectivity of PANI/BaEr0.3Fe11.7O19 were 12 GHz and ?42 dB,respectively. The bandwidth of ?10 dB was 10—15.5 GHz,and bandwidth was 5.5 GHz.
