阳离子表面活性剂清洁压裂液耐温性研究进展

摘要: 阳离子清洁压裂液是以阳离子黏弹性表面活性剂为主剂的水基压裂液,具有配制简单、不需要交联剂、只需要加入表面活性剂和稳定剂、返排迅速且彻底、伤害低、携砂性好、滤失控制性能好等特点。由于对环保问题的日益重视,与压裂液相关的环保、高效的阳离子清洁压裂液的研究开发成为压裂液发展的重要方向。但随着国内外各油田打井深度的不断加深,对阳离子清洁压裂液的性能要求也变得越来越高,尤其是阳离子清洁压裂液的耐温性能。因此对其耐温性的改良一直是研究的重点。本文介绍了国内外现有的阳离子清洁压裂液的体系组成、耐温性研究现状及应用情况,提出提高耐温耐剪切性能是阳离子清洁压裂液的主要发展方向。对清洁压裂液阳离子体系今后的发展提出建议,以期为相关研究提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Cationic clean fracturing fluid is water-based fracturing fluid with cationic viscoelastic surfactant,which is featured with simple preparation. And it only needs surfactants and stabilizers without adding the crosslinking agents. And it is also characterized by flowing back quickly and completely,low damage,good performances of sand-carrying, and well control of filter loss etc.. Due to the increasing emphasis on environmental protection, the research and development of environment friendly and effective clean fracturing fluid has drawn a lot of attentions. However,with the increase of the drilling depth at home and abroad,the performance requirements of the cationic clean fracturing fluid has become higher, especially its high temperature resistance. Therefore, the improvement of its temperature resistance is the focus of the study. The status and application of the cationic clean fracturing fluid at home and abroad were summaried. It was pointed out that increasing temperature and shearing resistance is the main development trend of cationic clean fracturing fluid. Some suggestions are put forward for the future development to provide references for the related researches.
