摘要: 喷涂工艺在化工、汽车、船舶、家具等行业广泛应用,在喷漆过程中产生的废气对环境和人类健康带来不利影响。本文介绍了喷漆废气的主要成分及其危害,综述了处理喷漆废气的净化技术,分成漆雾预处理技术以及处理喷漆废气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的净化技术,其中漆雾预处理主要分成湿式处理法和干式处理法,VOCs净化技术包括传统净化处理技术如吸附法、吸收法、燃烧法、冷凝法等,新型净化处理技术如膜分离法、光催化法、生物法、等离子体净化法等,以及复合型净化处理技术。阐述了这些技术的净化机理、工艺流程以及优劣势,提出了复合型净化处理技术是处理喷漆废气的未来发展方向,指出了运行成本、操作难易度、稳定性是复合型处理技术亟待解决的问题。
