含氧超高交联树脂的合成及其对苯酚的吸附性能

摘要: 以苯甲醇和氯甲醚为原料,采用一锅法合成了一种新型含氧超高交联吸附树脂OCHR,并用红外、元素分析和BET法对其化学结构、比表面积及孔径分布进行了分析。结果表明:OCHR树脂比表面积可达525 m2/g,氧含量为6.50%。在相同条件下用XAD-4吸附树脂作对照,比较了它们对水溶液中苯酚的静态吸附能力,除此以外,对树脂OCHR对苯酚的吸附动力学也进行了研究。结果表明,在比表面积远小于XAD-4的情况下,OCHR对水溶液中苯酚的吸附量是XAD-4的2.22倍。树脂OCHR的优良吸附效果归因于树脂上含有的大量氧。

Abstract: Oxygen-containing hypercrosslinked resin(OCHR)was prepared with benzyl alcohol and chloromethyl methyl ether(CME). Its chemical structure and micromorphology were characterized by IR,elemental analysis and BET methods.The results showed that the specific surface area and content of O of resin OCHRwere up to 525 m2/g and 6.5%,respectively. The adsorption isotherms of resin OCHR and XAD-4 for phenol were measured in aqueous solution,and owing to the efficacy of hydrogen bond, the adsorption capacity ofOCHR was about 2.20 times as high as that of XAD-4 under the same experimental conditions.
