Energy planning based on distributed power generation system in industrial parks

Abstract: The distributed energy system and combined heat and power has great advantages in economics,energy efficiency and carbon emission reduction. Aiming at the solutions of low energy comprehensive utilization and serious greenhouse gas emissions in existing industrial parks ,this paper built an integrated energy planning model of industrial parks based on distributed energy system. According to the park’s requirements of heat ,power,vapor and cold load in each time period,locally available resources and alternative energy conversion technologies,the model minimized overall system cost to determine types and sizes of energy conversion devices,the amount of energy supply and carbon-dioxide emission. And the proposed model has been used to solve energy planning problems of industrial park and proved to be effective.

摘要: 分布式热电联产的能源系统在经济效益、能效和碳减排方面都有较大的优势,因此,针对目前工业园中普遍存在的能量利用效率低、温室气体排放严重等问题,本文建立了基于分布式能源的工业园区综合能源规划模型。根据园区的热、电、蒸汽、冷等各个时段的负荷需求、当地的可利用资源以及备选的能源转换技术,以最小化规划期内整个园区系统的总费用最少为目标,确定出园区内能源转换装置的类型和尺寸、各种能源的供应量及CO2排放量。同时将本文所建立的模型用于求解某工业园区的能源规划问题,验证了其有效性。
