碱性钙基膨润土的制备及其应用研究进展

Abstract: Alkaline Ca-bentonite is a new kind of layered clay minerals with anion exchange performance. The preparation technology,characterization and preparation mechanism of alkaline Ca-bentonite are introduced,and the morphology,structure and behavior of raw bentonite,acid activated bentonite and alkaline Ca-bentonite are compared respectively. Furthermore,the applications of alkaline Ca-bentonite in adsorptive separation,catalytic reaction and composites preparation are also summarized. Finally,On the basis of the above analysis,the development of organic-inorganic composite wastewater treatment,solid catalyst preparation and bentonite intercalation compounds are proposed for further research of alkaline Ca-bentonite.

摘要: 碱性钙基膨润土是一种新型的阴离子型层状黏土材料。本文介绍了碱性钙基膨润土的制备方法、特性表征和制备机理,并比较了天然膨润土、活性白土和碱性钙基膨润土的形貌、结构和性能;论文还具体综述了改性膨润土在吸附分离、催化反应、复合材料制备中的应用研究现状,并提出有机-无机复合废水处理、固体催化剂制备、膨润土层间化合物材料开发是碱性钙基膨润土今后研究的主要发展方向。
