摘要: 超音速气流粉碎技术作为一种新型的材料深加工技术,具有无污染、耐热敏性、精度高等工艺特点,这使得其应用研究领域不断拓宽。为此综述了超音速气流粉碎技术应用研究进展,概述了超音速气流粉碎技术的工作原理和工艺特点;重点阐述了超音速气流粉碎技术在物料细化、食品加工、中药加工尤其是化学研究中的重要应用及其优势,最后对今后的应用研究工作进行了展望。

Abstract: Supersonic speed airflow grinding technology is a new type of materials processing technology. It has specific advantages of cleanness,thermosensitive resistance,high precision,etc.,which widens its scope of application. This paper reviews the research progress of the supersonic speed airflow grinding technology. The working mechanisms and process characteristics of the supersonic speed airflow grinding technology are reviewed. The emphasis is the application and advantages of airflow grinding technology in materials refinement,food processing,particularly in the chemical research. The research work in the future is predicted.
