摘要: 介绍了开孔泡沫金属的结构特点及其强化传热的原理,重点总结了国内外开孔泡沫金属用于紧凑型热交换器换热的研究进展,从阻力特性和传热特性两方面分析了其性能的影响因素;并且提到了泡沫金属模型的研究,指出了今后开孔泡沫金属用于紧凑型热交换器的研究方向。

Abstract: This paper introduces structure characteristics and mechanism of enhanced heat transfer by open cell metal foams,and reviews the research progress of open cell metal foams used in compact heat exchanger at home and aboard. The influence factors of performance are analyzed from flow resistance and heat transfer. In addition,the theoretical modeling research on the mold of open cell metal foams is summarized. Finally,the research direction of open cell metallic foams used in compact heat exchanger in the future is proposed.
