聚四氟乙烯废料的热解实验

摘要: 在自制的管式热解反应器中进行填充PTFE废料(含45%不锈钢粉)热分解实验,考察了废料的热解过程及主要因素的影响。结果表明,热解终温、终温持续时间、升温速率、粒径大小和氮气(热解气氛)气速对废料热解过程有影响,其中前3个因素的影响最为显著。对此影响显著的因素进行正交实验设计,得出最佳实验操作条件:热解终温550 ℃、热解终温持续时间20 min、升温速率15 K/min。在该操作条件下聚四氟乙烯废料热解产物有四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯和八氟环丁烷。产物可直接用于六氟丙烯的生产应用。

Abstract: A kind of waste PTFE filled with 45% (mass ratio) of stainless steel powder was chosen as the experimental material. The samples were pyrolyzed in a self-made tubular reactor. In addition,the effects of pyrolysis conditions were investigated. The results indicated that final pyrolysis temperature (FPT),duration at FPT,heating rate,particle size and inert gas (N2) velocity all influenced the pyrolysis process of this waste PTFE. Three factors including FPT,duration at FPT and heating rate,which affected pyrolysis obviously,were selected to perform L16(45) orthogonal experiment. And the optimum operation conditions of 550℃ of FPT,20min of duration at FPT and 15K·min-1 of heating rate were determined. The results of the pyrolysis of waste polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to the useful compounds:tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene,octafluorocyclobutane are presented.
