Abstract: The 9,10-cyclomethylene pseudoionone was obtained through Simmons-Smith reaction using pseudoionone and halogenated hydrocarbons as raw materials. The structure of product was determined by IR，GC and GC-MS. Effects of different factors on the yield of product were investigated，including the amount and species of catalyst，and reaction temperature. The best condition was as follows：n(pseudoionone)∶n(diiodomethane)∶n(diethyl zinc) = 1∶1∶1.8，ice bath time 4.7 h，reflux time 5.2 h，ice bath temperature ?5 ℃，reaction solvent dichloromethane，and pseudoionone’s molar concentration of 0.2 mol/L，under which the yield of 9,10-cyclomethylene pseudoionone reached 76.2 %.

摘要： 以假紫罗兰酮和卤代烷烃为原料，通过Simmons-Smith反应合成9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮。采用FT-IR、GC和GC-MS等手段确定产物结构。采用单因素法和响应面法探讨了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度等因素对产物得率的影响，得到9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮的最佳合成条件为：催化剂用量n (假性紫罗兰酮) ∶n (二碘甲烷)∶n (二乙基锌) = 1∶1∶1.8，冰浴时间4.7 h，回流时间5.2 h，冰浴反应温度?5 ℃，溶剂二氯甲烷，假紫罗兰酮在溶剂中的摩尔浓度为0.2 mol/L，该条件下9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮得率为76.2 %。
