Investigation on E-44/EP-1 creep behaviors in ambient and hygrothermal environment by experiment and numerical simulation

E-44/EP-1环氧树脂胶黏剂在湿热与室温环境下蠕变试验及数值模拟

Abstract: E-44/EP-1 epoxy adhesive under long-term loading will generate creep deformation,and problem caused by creep deformation should be considered in engineering applications. Creep tests under constant loading of epoxy adhesive were conducted in this work,in which stresses were 5MPa,10MPa,15MPa and 17.5MPa,room temperature and hygrothermal environment were assumed. At the same time,the creep behavior under different conditions was simulated by using ABAQUS. Based on comparison,it was found that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results at room temperature and hygrothermal environment.

摘要: 环氧树脂胶黏剂在长期载荷作用下产生蠕变变形,尤其是在湿热环境下蠕变现象更加明显,不利于工程实践的推广应用。本文采用CARE多功能拉伸试验机对湿热以及室温环境下的环氧树脂胶黏剂试件进行了5MPa、10MPa、15MPa和17.5MPa定载荷蠕变试验,对比了湿热与室温状态下胶体的蠕变行为。试验结果表明湿热环境对胶体蠕变性能影响显著,并且这种影响随着应力的增大而逐步扩大。同时利用ABAQUS有限元软件对不同状态下环氧树脂胶黏剂的蠕变行为进行了数值模拟,通过对比发现,模拟结果与试验结果吻合,为环氧树脂胶黏剂蠕变特性研究提供了一种有效的分析方式。
