在线分区测试燃料电池内部电流密度分布研究进展

Abstract: The performances of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) can be affected by a variety of parameters,such as operation and geometry parameters,material properties,resulting in an uneven electrochemical performance over the membrane electrode assembly (MEA) active area. In-situ segmented cell measuring techniques can provide the reliable data and speculate the electrochemical reaction mechanism without damaging the structure of fuel cell. This paper reviewed properties of in-situ segmented cell measuring techniques and introduced resistor network,printed circuit board and electromagnetic induction. The features and applications of these techniques were analyzed. Affecting factors,influencing mechanism of various parameters were also investigated.

摘要: 质子交换膜燃料电池的性能受到操作参数、几何参数和材料特性等影响,从而导致膜电极(MEA)活性面积区域电化学反应不均。在线分区测试技术能够不破坏燃料电池的结构、不影响反应进行,提供可靠的测量数据,进行电化学反应机理的推测。本文主要综述了国内外在线分区测试技术的相关进展,介绍了3种主要的在线分区测试技术:电阻网路技术、印刷电路板测试技术以及电磁感应测试技术,分析了这3种测试技术的特点以及应用前景,同时将国内外此3种技术在燃料电池中测试的应用进行阐述,总结各个参数对燃料电池性能的影响,并指出分区测试技术将向测试局部交流阻抗以及电堆方向的发展。
