Abstract: Compared to natural cyclodextrins，amphiphilic cyclodextrins not only include guest molecules，but also self-assemble into vesicles，which are important drug carriers. In this article，syntheses of amphiphilic cyclodextrins are reviewed and the development prospects are also presented.

摘要： 与天然环糊精相比，两亲性环糊精不仅包结客体分子，而且自组装形成囊状结构，是一类重要的药物载体。本文综述了两亲性环糊精的合成，并对其发展前景进行了展望。
