苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯嵌段共聚物的合成与表征

Abstract: Poly(styrene-butadiene-styrene-methylacrylate) (SBSM) block copolymers were synthesized by using sequential anionic polymerization in the solvent of cyclohexane and tetrahydrofuran at about 30℃ with n-butyl lithium as initator,DPE as capping agent and LiCl as complex agent. The block copolymers were characterized with GPC,IR,TEM,DSC. The results indicated that the copolymer SBSM had narrow molecular weight distribution (MWD<1.3)

摘要: 用正丁基锂为引发剂,环已烷和四氢呋喃为混合溶剂,以苯乙烯、丁二烯、甲基丙烯酸酯为单体,按阴离子顺序加料方法合成了聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯嵌段共聚物,共聚物经GPC、IR、DSC、TEM等测试方法表征。结果表明,在30 ℃左右、1,1-二苯基乙烯(DPE)戴帽和LiCl配合的条件下,合成了窄分布(MWD<1.3)聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯嵌段共聚物,成功地在SBS中引入了一小段极性链段。
