二氧化钛柱撑膨润土催化合成四氢呋喃

Abstract: TiO2-PILC was prepared by the hydrothermal method. The prepared TiO2-PILC was characterized with XRD, FT-IR, BET. The catalyst was used for cyclodehydration of 1,4-butanediol to tetrahydrofuran in liquid phase. The reaction conditions were titanium /montmorillonites ratio 0.025mol/g, calcination temperature 650 K, reaction temperature 190~200 ℃. Over 98kg 1,4-butanediol was used for 1g catalyst, and the conversion was above 99%. The selectivity of tetrahydrofuran was more than 99.4%. After rectification, the purity index of tetrahydrofuran was over 99.7%, carbonyl content was under 0.019%.

摘要: 通过水热法制备了TiO2-PILC,用XRD、FT-IR、BET等对催化剂进行表征,考察了催化剂制备条件及催化1,4-丁二醇液相环化脱水合成四氢呋喃工艺条件,结果显示:钛/土比为0.025 mol/g,焙烧温度650 K,反应温度190~200 ℃,每克催化剂可处理1,4-丁二醇98 kg以上,原料转化率≥99%,四氢呋喃的选择性≥99.4%,羰基含量≤0.19%,精馏后产品四氢呋喃纯度≥99.7%。
