我国新能源汽车产业发展现状及思考

Abstract: As current hot new industry,new energy vehicles are supported by governments around the world because of its environmentally friendly and technology intensive features.Especially in China,the development of new energy vehicle industry is very rapid.In this paper,the development situation of natural gas vehicle,electric vehicle and fuel cell vehicle was introduced in detail.Focusing on the analysis of comprehensive cost,technical bottlenecks,pollutant emission,subsidies and social operating cost of these three kinds of passenger vehicles,the development proposals were put forward.New energy vehicle industry should be developed based on local resources and regional characteristics.The subsidy way of electric vehicle needed to be changed to promote its healthy development.The development layout of fuel cell vehicle should be speeded up to preempt the zenith of fuel cell technology.

摘要: 作为当下的热点新兴产业,新能源汽车因其环境友好、技术密集,受到世界各国政府的大力支持,尤其是在中国,发展极为迅速。本文详细介绍了我国天然气汽车、电动汽车和燃料电池汽车的发展现状,着重分析了3种类型乘用车的综合成本、技术瓶颈、污染物排放、补贴、社会运营成本等发展要素,提出了我国新能源汽车产业发展的相关建议。新能源汽车产业要立足资源和地域特点因地制宜发展;改革电动汽车补贴方式、促其健康发展;同时要加快研究开发布局、抢占燃料电池技术制高点。
