Abstract: Advanced process control (APC) and its application in some domestic and foreign representative petrochemical enterprises are introduced. Application of APC in Sinopec is analyzed from four aspects:development and application,result of application,operation/maintenance and APC training. Application of APC not only improves unit control ability and management level,enhances competitiveness of enterprises,promotes scientific and technological progress of enterprises but also creates considerable economic benefits for enterprises. The paper shares some experience of APC application in Sinopec,such as organizational structure,team building,implementation strategy,and prospects APC application in Sinopec in the next three years.

摘要: 首先简述了先进过程控制(APC)技术以及国内外部分具有代表性的石化企业的APC应用现状,其次从建设与应用情况、应用的效果、系统运行与维护以及技术培训等4个方面重点分析了中国石化APC的应用现状,结果表明APC的推广应用不仅能够提高装置的控制能力和管理水平、提升企业的竞争力、推动工厂的科技进步,而且还能为企业创造可观的经济效益,然后从组织架构、队伍建设、实施策略等方面对中国石化APC推广应用过程中一些成功的经验进行了总结,最后对未来三年中国石化的APC建设进行了展望.
