本体聚合法合成固体聚羧酸减水剂的研究及性能评价

Synthesis of solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer through bulk polymerization and its performance evaluation

摘要: 以丙烯酸和501醚类大单体为原料,在本体聚合条件下合成了固体聚羧酸减水剂,研究了温度、链转移剂加量、引发剂加量、酸醚摩尔比和滴加时间对产物性能的影响,发现温度、链转移剂加量、引发剂加量、酸醚摩尔比和滴加时间对产物性能影响明显。实验结果表明,当反应温度为70℃、链转移剂加量为单体质量0.35%、引发剂加量为单体质量1%、酸醚摩尔比为4:1、滴加时间为2h时,所制备的固体聚羧酸减水剂具有良好的分散性能和坍落度保持性,水泥净浆初始流动度为315mm,1h后净浆流动度为320mm。最后利用红外光谱对产物分子结构进行表征,结果表明丙烯酸和501大单体聚合反应顺利进行。

Abstract: With acrylic acid and 501 ether macromonomer as raw materials,solid polycarboxylate superplasticizers were prepared by the bulk polymerization method. The effect of temperature,chain transfer agent dosage,initiator dosage,molar ratio of acid and ether and the drop-time on the performance of the products were investigated. The results indicated that the solid polycarboxylate superplasticizers,under the optimum polymerization conditions as the temperature was 70℃,the dosages of the chain transfer agent and the initiator were 0.35% and 1%,both based on the mass of the macromonomer,the molar ratio of acid to ether was 4:1 and the drop-time was 2h,showed excellent dispersion and slump-maintaining,and the initial fluidity of cement paste could exceed 315mm which still exceeded 320 mm after 1 hour. Finally,the molecular structure of the products was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis,and it verified the polymerization of the Acrylic acid and 501 macromonomer was carried out successfully.
