摘要:

制备了N,N-双烷基壳聚糖(DCS),在十二烷基磺酸钠存在下,把羧甲基接枝到DCS的羟基上,再通过酰胺化反应引入1-芘丁酰肼(PyHy)基团,成功地合成了新型油溶性荧光高分子材料N-O-乙酰基-N,N-双烷基化壳聚糖)-N′-芘丁酰肼(CM-DCS-PyHy)。用FTIR1H NMREA、固体紫外等手段对产物的结构进行表征。实验结果表明:CM-DCS-PyHy能溶于氯仿、乙醇和四氢呋喃等有机溶剂中,溶解性能优于DCSCM-DCS-PyHy在氯仿溶液中的荧光光谱具有浓度依赖性;适当浓度的CM-DCS-PyHy能提高磷脂单分子层的稳定性。该材料有望在细胞膜的模拟以及生物探针方面得到应用。
