双季铵盐类缓蚀剂的研究进展

摘要:

简述了双季铵盐类缓蚀剂在金属腐蚀领域的研究进展。指出双季铵盐是一类新型的阳离子Gemini表面活性剂,由于具有低毒、较好的表面活性和良好的水溶性等特点,作为缓蚀剂具有广阔的应用前景。根据分子结构的不同,可以把双季铵盐分为对称型烷基双季铵盐、对称型杂环双季铵盐和不对称型双季铵盐,详细介绍了三类双季铵盐的缓蚀性能测试结果。指出双季铵盐类缓蚀剂的研究还缺乏系统性,合成环保易降解的双季铵盐、缓蚀机理研究和工业应用将成为今后双季铵盐类缓蚀剂的研究重点。

Abstract:

The research progress of bis-quaternary ammonium salt as corrosion inhibitor is reviewed. Bis-quaternary ammonium salt is a new kind of cationic Gemini surfactant. Due to its low toxicitygood surface activity and good water solubilityit is a promising corrosion inhibitor. According to molecular structurebis-quaternary ammonium salt is classified into three categoriessymmetrical alkyl bis-quaternary ammonium saltsymmetrical heterocyclic bis-quaternary ammonium saltand non-symmetrical bis-quarternary ammonium salt. The testing results of corrosion inhibition of such three categories are summarized. The research of bis-quaternary ammonium salt is not systematicand future research will focus on environment-friendly bis-quaternary ammonium saltinhibition mechanism and industrial applications.
