响应面法优化钡盐转化法重铬酸钠的制备工艺

摘要:

应用响应面法对通过钡盐转化法制备重铬酸钠的工艺进行了优化,在单因素试验基础上,选定反应温度、反应时间和液固比为影响因子,以铬酸钡的转化率为响应值,采用Design-Expert软件设计三因素三水平的响应面分析方法,由此得到最优工艺参数为:反应温度80 、反应时间400 min、液固比91(体积质量比mL/g)。在此条件下进行试验,得到铬酸钡的转化率实际值是95%,与预测值非常接近,响应面法可有效用于钡盐转化法制备重铬酸钠工艺的优化

Abstract:

Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the preparation process of sodium dichromate with barium salt as conversion intermediates. Based on single factor experimentsDesign-Expert was used to design the experiments with 3 factorsincluding reaction temperaturereaction time and liquid to solid ratioand 3 parameter levels. The best process parameters were determined as the reaction temperature of 80 the reaction time of 400 minand the ratio of liquid to solid of 91 in mL/g. Under this optimized conditionthe conversion rate was 95%very close to the predicted valueindicating that the response surface methodology was effective for process optimization.
