摘要:

20世纪末期以来,面对我国一次能源以煤为主、能源需求日益增长以及世界环境恶化的现实,构建资源、能源、环境整体化的可持续发展能源系统是我国能源战略方向。煤分级利用多联产系统是实现整体最优、跨越行业的资源、能源、环境一体化系统。本文介绍了煤多联产技术的主要技术类型,包括煤热解气化为核心的多联产技术、煤部分气化为核心的多联产技术及煤完全气化为核心的多联产技术。重点介绍了煤热解气化为核心的热电气焦油多联产技术,详细阐述了该多联产装置的工艺流程和运行特性。最后,基于煤分级利用联合循环发电系统,从节能减排等方面对多联产技术的发展前景进行了展望,指出用煤分级利用联合循环发电系统来改造老电厂,可以提高现有电厂运行经济性及节能特性。

Abstract:

Since the last decade of the 20th centurydue to the coal-dominated energy structureincreasing energy demand and the environment problems in Chinabuilding resourcesenergyenvironment integrated and sustainable development energy system is the direction of China’s energy strategy. Coal staged conversion poly-generation systemintegrating resourcesenergyand environment realizes overall optimality. The main three poly-generation technologiesincluding coal pyrolysis and combustion poly-generation technologycoal partial gasification poly-generation technology and coal gasification poly-generation technologyare presented in this paper. A steamelectricitycoal gas and tar poly-generation technology is introducedincluding detailed process of the poly-generation system and operating characteristics. Finallybased on the combined cycle poly-generation systemthe energy-conservation and emission-reduction of the system are evaluated. The result shows that the power plant using coal staged conversion combined cycle poly-generationis much more economical and energy-conserving than the traditional power plant.
