摘要:

简述了我国在化工、生物与热动力微系统及相关微制造技术的最新研究进展。文中指出由于具有小型化、强化传质、传热的优点,微反应器被广泛应用在化学反应中,这些反应主要包括液相、气相反应和纳米颗粒合成。微反应技术适用于一些高危反应或利用传统方法合成较困难或成本和价值非常高的反应。微流控技术应用于生物分析与测试领域也已经取得了长足的发展,但分析仪器的体积仍未有多少改变,如何将相关仪器小型化对于将来的实际应用至关重要。在微热动力系统领域我国也取得了显著的进步,但是对微尺度下传热和传质的基础研究仍需加强。文中总结指出微技术如要实现大规模工业化生产,还需要在微制造技术方面建立相应的标准。将微技术和高新技术产品结合起来,有望能成为新的产业生长点

Abstract:

The recent progress of micro-, chemical, biological and thermal systems and micro-fabrication in China is reviewed. Due to the inherent miniaturization, and intensification of heat and mass transfer, micro-reactors have great potential in chemical reactions, such as liquid phase reactions, gas phase reactions and nano-scale particles synthesis. It is reasonable to apply the microreactor technology to some highly dangerous reactions or the reactions with the products that are costly or difficult to obtain by using conventional methods. Great progress has been made in applications of microfluidics in biological analysis and testing. Nevertheless, the size of analytical apparatuses remains more or less unchanged. Further miniaturization of the analytical apparatuses is of vital importance in practical applications. Although the great advance has been achieved in the fields of micro thermal systems, there is still a lack of fundamental understanding of the heat and mass transfer in the systems. With increasing interest and investment for micro-engineering, the fabrication technologies will surely be developed much faster than before. Standardization of these technologies will be needed in order to achieve commercialization. A new industrial sector can be expected with the application of micro- technology to high tech products.
