焦化行业废水水质变化影响因素及污染控制

摘要:

根据对国内38家焦化厂资料及部分厂家现场的调查,从炼焦方法和行业管理方面介绍了炼焦的工艺发展,从焦炉炉型与大小和熄焦工艺等方面比较了焦化废水的产生量,从炼焦化学产品的回收工艺、地域不同引起的煤质差别以及企业管理水平的高低分析了焦化废水组成的变化,综合上述指出影响废水水质变化的因素。考虑炼焦新技术的开发,结合焦化废水处理过程单元工艺强化与多种技术的集成,以清洁生产和资源循环利用为目标,可以成为解决行业污染的发展思路。

Abstract:

On the basis of the data of 38 coking plantsthe technical development of coking process is reviewed. The effluents of coking wastewater with respect to the size of coke oventhe process of coke quenching and the proportion of caking coal are compared. The changes in composition of coking wastewater with respect to the recovery of chemical productslocal coal quality and management level are analyzed. The influence factors of coking wastewater composition are identified. Development of new coking technologycombined with the intensification and integration of unit processesis an effective way to control industrial pollution with the purpose of cleaner production and resource recycling.
