摘要: 综述了国内外废弃聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)回收技术的现状及最近进展。包括熔融再加工(直接回收利用)法、焚烧(回收能量)法及化学降解法(包括乙二醇解、甲醇解、氨解及氢解),重点阐述化学降解法。回收工艺和技术的选择宜综合废弃PET的纯净程度及性质和回收方法的技术成熟度及经济可行性等各方面因素决定。近年来回收技术中的最新进展主要是酶解聚法及超临界流体解聚法,前者有助实现PET的生态循环。

Abstract: Techniques utilized for poly (ethylene terephthalate)(PET)recycling and their recent developments are summarized,including melt recovery(direct reuse),incineration(energy reuse),and chemical degradation. Discussions are focused on chemical degradation,such as glycolysis,methanolysis,ammonolysis and hydrolysis. Appropriate technique for recycling PET should come from comprehensive understanding of purity and properties of PET as well the maturation and economic feasibility of recycling technique. Enzymatic depolymerization and depolymerization in supercritical fluids are two methods recently developed for PET recycling,the former is helpful to realize ecological reuse of PET wastes.
