摘要:

以α-甲基苯乙烯、叔戊醇、环氧丙烷、多聚甲醛为原料,三步法制备佳乐麝香。考察了在合成过程中催化剂对中间体茚满产率的影响、溶剂对中间体茚满醇产率的影响、催化剂对佳乐麝香产率的影响。确定了一条更为环保、更具经济效益的佳乐麝香合成工艺。

Abstract: During the three-step preparation of Galaxolide with α-methyl styrene,tert-amyl alcohol,propylene oxide and polyformaldehyde as starting materials,some factors have been analyzed including the effect of catalyst on the formation of indene,the effect of solvent on the formation of indanol and the effect of catalyst on the formation of Galaxolide. Finally,a better synthetic process for Galaxolide was identified,which is more environmentally benign and more cost-effective.
