大肠杆菌生产CoQ10的代谢工程研究进展

摘要: 随着对CoQ生物合成途径及其调控机制的深入研究,利用代谢工程的方法定向地改良菌种,优化CoQ10的代谢途径,成为提高CoQ10发酵水平的新思路。本文总结了重组大肠杆菌生产CoQ10过程中其代谢途径及其途径修饰的研究进展,分析了生产CoQ10的代谢工程限制因素,提出了利用重组大肠杆菌生产CoQ10的代谢工程策略。

Abstract: As the knowledge of the biosynthetic enzymes and of regulatory mechanisms modulating CoQ production increases,many novel strategies arise for the production of CoQ10. Most strategies are focused on metabolic engineering of CoQ10 production and optimization of its metabolic pathways in hosts. The progress of metabolic pathways and modification of cellular pathways are summarized and the critical factors are analyzed for the CoQ10 production in recombinant Escherichia coli by metabolic engineering. The metabolic engineering strategies to improve and/or engineer CoQ10 production in recombinant Escherichia coli are presented in light of the current knowledge of the biosynthesis of this molecule.
