摘要: 考察了不同助剂及助剂加入量对重质馏分油加氢精制催化剂性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用独特方式添加的助剂,起到了调变载体表面性质,特别是表面酸性的作用,催化剂同时具有较大的比表面积,孔分布集中和酸性适中等特点。当助剂质量分数为3%左右时,催化剂的活性达到最佳值。从评价结果可以看出,在达到相同产品质量下,研制剂的反应温度比参比剂低4 ℃,1500 h稳定性试验结果表明该催化剂的稳定性较好。

Abstract: The effect of different additives and their contents on the catalyst of hydrorefining for VGO was investigated. The results indicated that the additive added by use of a unique method could change the nature of support surface,especially the function of acidity,which resulted in high activity,large surface area,concentrated pore distribution and favorable acidity of the catalyst. When the content of the additive was 3%,the catalyst had the highest activity. From the test results,the reaction temperature of the developed catalyst was 4℃ lower than the reference catalyst on the condition that the same quality products were obtained. The result of 1500 h run time experiment indicated good stability of the catalyst.
