改进型LY-C2-02催化剂模拟抚顺石化碳二加氢装置的侧线运行性能

Performance of improved LY-C2-02 catalyst in simulating Fushun ethylene C2 hydrogenation unit

摘要: 针对抚顺石化碳二后加氢装置的特点,制备了改进型LY-C2-02催化剂,与G-58C催化剂进行对比,进行了12天的一、二段反应器串联运行的工业侧线运行试验,考察了改进型LY-C2-02催化剂的运行性能。结果表明,LY-C2-02催化剂在模拟抚顺碳二加氢装置工况情况下,在一段反应器除炔量为1.0%,高于G-58C催化剂0.04%;在二段反应器选择性为81.5%,高于G-58催化剂3.5%;综合运行性能达到G-58C催化剂水平。说明改进型LY-C2-02催化剂满足抚顺石化碳二加氢装置一、二段反应器的工艺要求,适宜应用于该装置一、二段反应器。

Abstract: The improved LY-C2-02 catalyst was prepared by taking into account the characteristics of Fushun ethylene C2 hydrogenation unit. The running performance of the improved LY-C2-02 catalyst was investigated by comparing with G-58C catalyst. The experiment was performed in a simulating equipment for 12 days,and the catalyst was run in two reactors in series. The results showed that the acetylene decrease was 1.0% in the first reactor,which was 0.04% higher than G-58C catalyst; the selectivity was 81.5% in the second reactor,which was 3.5% higher than G-58C catalyst. The comprehensive performance of improved LY-C2-02 catalyst achieved the performance of G-58C catalyst. It indicated that the improved LY-C2-02 catalyst satisfied the technical demand of the first and second reactors of Fushun ethylene C2 hydrogenation unit.
