摘要: 对甲乙酮装置循环丁烯脱除仲丁醇吸附剂PUMS-01进行了工业放大实验,实验结果表明产品性能达到了小试实验的水平。在此基础上对吸附剂的吸附性能进行了侧线实验评价。结果表明,开发的PUMS-01吸附剂吸附容量达到22%,在操作温度为常温、压力为0.5 MPa、液空速为0.2 h-1的工艺条件下,能将原料中0.5%~2.5%的仲丁醇脱除至100 μg/g以下,有较强的吸附能力,能满足工业生产的要求。同时相应地做了工艺设想和经济效益评价,表明该工艺过程投资小,回报率高。

Abstract: Side-stream experiment for the removal of sec-butanol (SBA) from recycle butylenes by adsorption on adsorbent PUMS-01 was carried out in a methyl ethyl ketone unit. The content of SBA in butylenes decreased from 0.5%~2.5% to below 100 μg/g after adsorption at atmospheric temperature,reaction pressure of 0.5 MPa and space velocity of 0.2 h-1. The adsorbent PUMS-01 had good adsorption capability. Economic evaluation showed that the adsorption process had the advantage of low investment and high economic returns.
