裂解碳九加氢工艺

摘要: 以乙烯裂解碳九为原料,γ-Al2O3为载体,镍为活性组分(40%)的催化剂A,采用一段加氢,在小型固定床反应器装置上进行实验。实验表明,裂解碳九通过加氢得到了溴价为714.3 mgBr/100g的无色透明的溶剂油或高辛烷值汽油调和原料。通过测定油的溴价和吸光度等质量指标,考察了裂解碳九在不同空速、压力和温度下对加氢效果的影响。最终得出加氢的最佳工艺条件为:空速0.3 h-1,压力0.9 MPa,反应温度235 ℃。

Abstract: The ethylene cracking C9 was used as raw material. The catalyst was A ( Ni /γ-Al2O3 ) .First stage hydrogenation process was carried out in a microreactor. The results showed that colorless transparent solvent oil or gasoline blending stock of high-octane value can be obtained by hydrogenating of cracking C9. Bromine value of this product was 714.3 mgBr/100g. By measuring the bromine value and absorbency of the product oil, the effect of space velocity, pressure and temperature on the hydrogenation effect of cracking C9 was investigated. The optimal conditions of hydrogenation were as follows: space velocity 0.3 h-1, reaction pressure 0.9 MPa, reaction temperature 235 ºC.
