膜生物反应器处理小区污水条件的优化

摘要: 由于膜污染是限制膜生物反应器(MBR)应用与推广的主要因素。为此,本研究以MBR处理某小区污水为例,选择粉末活性炭投加量、活性污泥浓度及曝气量进行L12(43)正交试验,确定最佳的操作条件分别为2 g/L、7 g/L、6 m3/h;并在此基础上进行平行对比试验,其膜阻的最大差值达21.05 kPa,导致膜污染形成和发展的主要物质蛋白质/多糖值与膜压差上升速率存在线性关系。

Abstract: Membrane fouling is one of the main constraints of the application and development of membrane bioreactor. Therefore,as a case of using membrane bioreactor (MBR) to treat houshold sewage in a residential area,three operational parameters,such as addition of PAC,mixed liquid suspended solid(MLSS) and aeration rate(Q) were chosen to perform orthogonal experiments of three-factors-four-levels in order to study the optimum operation condition of MBR. The results showed that addition of PAC,mixed liquid suspended solid(MLSS) and aeration rate(Q) were 2g/L,7 g/L,6m3/h respectively. A parallel contrast experiment indicated that maximum membrane pressure difference reached 21.05kPa. Meanwhile,there was a linear relationship between protein/polysaccharide formation (the cause of membrane fouling) and increased membrane pressure difference.
