摘要: 摘 要:通过大分子反应,合成了一类主链带羧基、磺酸基,支链带聚氧乙烯基醚的聚羧酸系高效减水剂。利用IR和1H NMR表征了其结构,并通过对减水剂溶液表面张力、水泥颗粒表面吸附量以及溶液的电导率的测定,发现研制的减水剂能降低水的表面张力,并被吸附在水泥颗粒表面从而降低了水泥颗粒的表面能,使得水泥净浆有较好的分散作用,实验表明本研究制备的聚羧酸系减水剂对水泥颗粒有较好的分散作用。

Abstract: Polycarboxylate superplasticizer with carboxylic,sulfonation groups in its main chain and polyoxyethylene ether as side chains was prepared by the macromolecular reaction. The structure of the superplasticizer was characterized by IR,1H NMR. A series of methods were proposed to characterize superplasticizer solution used in cement slurry by measuring surface tension,adsorptive power,conductivity and fluidity of cement slurry. The results showed that the superplasticizer as water-reducer can decrease the surface tension and can be adsorbed on the surface of cement particles to decrease surface energy,resulting in excellent dispersing ability of cement particles.
