摘要: 脉动热管作为一种新型热管技术,具有结构简单、成本低廉和传热性能好,适应性强的优点,尤其在微电子散热、冷冻技术以及航空航天热控技术中都极具应用潜力。本文介绍了脉动热管的结构及其工作原理,在综述有关脉动热管实验、数值模拟、实际应用的基础上,指出其今后的研究方向是脉动热管的多样化、微小化、实用化。

Abstract: Pulsating heat pipe has got great attention in the field of heat pipes due to its simple structure,low cost,excellent thermal performance and good compatibility. It has already shown very high development potential for electronics cooling,freezing technology and thermal control applications in space and avionics. This paper introduces the structure and principle of pulsating heat pipe. A comprehensive review of experiments,numerical simulation and applications available so far is presented. Future development of pulsating heat pipe is how to achieve diversification,miniaturizatione and practical application.
