摘要: 活性碳纤维(ACF)先经硝酸处理形成ACFN,采用等体积浸渍法制备了Mn-CeOx/ACFN复合催化剂,测试了其在以氨气为还原剂的低温SCR过程中的催化活性,同时研究了金属氧化物负载量、煅烧温度、NH3初始浓度、NO初始浓度、O2含量等因素对NO脱除效率的影响。研究发现,经400℃煅烧、锰摩尔分数为40%的Mn-CeOx/ACFN复合催化剂在80~150 ℃低温范围具有很高的催化活性,并且在NH3/NO为1.08、NO初始体积分数650×10-6、O2体积分数在3.6%时具有较高的NO脱除效率。

Abstract: The catalyst of Mn-CeOx/ACFN was prepared by the method of impregnation on the surface of activated carbon fiber treated with nitric acid. The activity of Mn-CeOx/ACFN was tested in the presence of NH3 as reducing agent for selective catalytic reduction of NO. The influences of loading,calcination temperature,the concentrations of NH3,NO and O2 on the de-NO efficiency were studied too. It was found that the catalyst of Mn-CeOx/ACFN with 40% the mole ratio of Mn/(Mn+Ce) showed higher de-NO efficiency under the conditions of temperature 80~150 ℃,NH3/NO 1.08,NO 650×10-6 and O2 3.6%.
