超重力法处理高浓度氮氧化物废气中试研究

摘要: 采用超重力旋转填料床治理某厂硝化尾气,在前期研究基础上,中试试验重点考察操作参数及系统运行的稳定性。考察了进气量、液气比、超重力因子、吸收剂的浓度等因素对吸收率的影响,确定了治理氮氧化物的适宜条件。结果表明:在进气量100 m3·h-1、液气比20 L·m-3、超重力因子90和尿素浓度20%的条件下,单级吸收率达到了85.4%,采用两级串联吸收,连续稳定运行30天,平均吸收率达到了96%以上。

Abstract: Nitration tail gas mainly of nitrogen oxides was treated in a rotating packed bed. Operation conditions and running stability were studied during the pilot test based on earlier research. The effects of gas flow,liquid gas ratio,high gravity factor and the concentration of absorbent on absorptivity were investigated and the proper conditions were obtained. The results show that the absorptivity of a single stage could reach 85.4% at a gas flow rate of 100 m3·h-1,liquid gas ratio of 20 L·m-3,high gravity factor of 90 and urea concentration of 20%. After continuous operation for 30 d by two stages,the average absorptivity was higher than 96% and the system operated stably. The rotating packed bed has broad prospect of industrial application for its advantages of smaller occupation of land,smaller investment,easier operation and higher absorption efficiency.
