摘要: 为对原年产20 kt TDI的流程进行扩产改造,使其能满足年产75 kt TDI的能力,对重溶剂法生产工艺中TDI精制塔进行了模拟分析,认为原塔板数太少,造成需要很大的回流量来保证塔的分离要求,另外,此塔上下负荷相差较大,可以将原来塔分成为两段操作。在此基础上,提出了双塔流程的改造方案,并对双塔流程进行了模拟优化,找到了最优的设备参数和操作参数,即新增一塔径3 m、理论板数25块的塔与原有旧塔组成双塔流程,即可满足年产75 ktTDI的能力。两塔循环量为14 000 kg/h时,既可保证系统耗能不太高,又能够利用原有设备,达到了优化流程、节省投资的目的。

Abstract: In order to increase the capacity of a toluene diisocyanate (TDI) plant from 20kt/a to 75kt/a, we analyzed and made simulation of the TDI refining column, which was used to separate TDI from DEIP, an inert solvent used during reaction process. Simulation results showed that the tray number of the original column was too small that needed a larger reflux rate to meet the separation requirement, and the column load had a big difference between top section and lower section. Based on the simulation results, we proposed a two-column flow sheet and found the optimal equipment and operation parameters by simulation and optimization on the new flow sheet. The new flow sheet needs a new column with a diameter of 3 m, tray number of 25 to be combined with the original column to meet 75 kt/a TDI capacity. When the recycle flow rate between the two columns is about 14 000 kg/h, the new flow sheet could not only use the old column, but also ensure that the total energy consumption is not too high. By this way, the proposed flowsheet can achieve the objects of process-optimized and invest-saving.
