摘要: 采用正交试验法,以甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷和二甲基二氯硅烷水解反应得到混和水解物为原料,以氢氧化钾为催化剂,催化制备了有机硅乙烯基混合环体。研究了催化剂浓度、真空度、反应停留时间等因素对合成总环、裂解收率及V1D3含量的影响,并计算了上述因素的影响程度。实验结果表明,无论从高裂解收率、高总环还是高V1D3来看,最佳的裂解工艺条件是催化剂浓度1%,真空度-0.980 MPa,反应停留时间75 min。对裂解机理进行了初步讨论。

Abstract: A novel method of synthesis of a mixture of methyl-vinyl-cyclosiloxane and methyl-cyclosiloxane could be achieved by cracking the hydrolysate of methyl-vinyl-dichorosilane and dichoromethyl-silane using KOH as catalyst by orthogonal test design. The effects of the reaction conditions on cracking yield, the quantity of total methyl-vinyl-cyclosiloxane and V1D3 were investigated. The results showed that the optimum cracking conditions were as follows: 1wt% of the concentration of catalyst, - 0.980 MPa of vacuum meter and 75 min of reaction time. The mechanism of cracking was discussed.
