摘要: 合成以聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯为交联剂的聚丙烯酸钠吸水性树脂,研究了树脂用量对原油品质、润滑减阻性能的影响。结果表明:原油中加入树脂40~160 μg/g,油品性质基本不变,减阻率20%以上;合成的交联剂和树脂经IR分析鉴定确认是目的产物。

Abstract: Polyacrylate-sodium super absorbent polymer (PAA-Na SAP) with polyethyleneglycol diacrylate cross-linker was synthesized,and the influence of polymer dosage on the qualities,drag reduction and lubrication properties of crude oil were studied. The results showed that adding PAA-Na SAP 40~160 μg/g not only achieved drag reduction effectiveness over 20% and increased transportation capacity of pipeline,but also had no adverse effect on crude oil quality. The polymer and cross-linker were identified with IR.
